Terms of service
The artwork may not be used for AI training, NFTs, or any form of data collection.
Payment:
50% upfront payment to secure a slot in the queue
No upfront refund on cancellation unless cancel from artist
Remaining 50% must be paid before final artwork delivery
Payment via PayPal or BuyMeACoffee
Process:
I will provide 1–2 sketch revisions until we agree to proceed to the final piece.
Each artwork takes approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on complexity and workload.
I will ask for references if you can provide. It will benefit us both
You may ask for progress updates, but please allow reasonable time between inquiries.
I don't accept hurry or rush work in any circumstances
Revisions:
Sketch stage: major changes allowed
Rendering stage: minor adjustments only
Major changes (composition, pose, concept) after 50% completion will incur an additional 50–100% fee, depending on progress.
Artist rights
Include the commissioned artwork in my portfolio
Post the artwork on social media
Use the artwork as samples for future commissions
All of the above rights can be waived upon request if full privacy is required.
Client rights
Post the artwork on social media with proper credit
Use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes
You're NOT ALLOWED to:
Claim the artwork as your own
Modify, trace, or edit the artwork without permission
Use the artwork for commercial purposes without purchasing a commercial license
